Screening for Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI)

Sexual health screening is available for students at the Student Union Contraception and Sexual Health Clinic on a Tuesday in term time from 12:30 to 16:30 – Appointments can be made from 12:30 on the day of the clinic.

Alternatively St Andrew’s Community Hospital offers a nurse led service on a Friday morning (09:00-13:00) for sexual health check ups. Telephone 01592 647979 to make an appointment. Lines open Mon-Fri 08:30-13:30.

Concerned you may have a Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI)?

If you are concerned that you may have symptoms of a Sexually Transmitted Infection please phone the surgery to discuss with the triage clinician to organise an appointment. Alternatively book an appointment at the Genito-Urinary Medicine (GUM) clinic in either Dundee or Kirkcaldy. You will often need to phone during office hours to make an appointment for these clinics, although if you visit their websites they sometimes offer drop in clinics:
